PLEASE READ THE POLICIES BELOW THOROUGHLY before you book an appointment. Depending on the condition of your hair you may not get instant results. Our methods take time for some textures. Please come with an open mind and patience. If you follow our methods, recommendations & give us the time we need the results can be unbelievably amazing.


A credit card will be required to secure all appointments when scheduling. It does NOT charge you. 

ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST BOOK A NEW CLIENT SERVICE FIRST. Please do not book an existing client service because of the price or time difference to get in sooner. Failure to go by this policy will result in your appointment to be declined, cancelled or upcharged.   

All appointments require a deposit that is non refundable. An emailed invoice will be sent out to the contact info on file. Deposits must be paid no later than the designated due date on invoice. Failure to pay Deposit or to communicate about deposit results in your appointment being cancelled. 

Curl sessions are by appointment only. Please click on the tab above for online booking. If the time/day you are looking for is not available, it doesn’t exist.  We are either not working that day/time or it has been booked already. Evenings & weekend spots go quickly. 

Please PRE-BOOK your next appointment before you leave the salon to ensure you get the days and times you prefer. 

We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals.

The credit card on file is only charged if you no call/no show your appointment.

Please read full description in service box to understand what that service will include. You can not add on services at the last minute (ie. any hair color service if not already getting a color service). No exceptions. Service add-ons ( ex. deep conditioner …) are at the stylists discretion.

We’ve reserved your appointment time just for you. Unlike other stylists, We DO NOT double book.  Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we kindly ask for 72-hours notice so that we can schedule another guest in order to stay booked. If you need to cancel up to 72 hours before your appointment please look for the link in your confirmation email or text to cancel your appointment without penalty.

If your cancellation is within 72 hours of your appointment time please email.  Be aware that any cancellation within 72 hours is subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of your scheduled service price that will be immediately charged to the credit card on file.

Cher will not be responsible for cancellations that are called in, text in, sent to the wrong email, or not sent in accordance to this policy.

Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notification or those canceling within 4 hours of any appointment will be charged  100% of their appointment price immediately to the credit card on file. If you choose to take your card off file, put a fraudulent card on file or anything else suspicious and we can not charge you for your no call, no show you will no longer be able to book with us.


To help you not forget your special time with us, we have several options to assist you. If your contact information is listed in the system and you have left on all notification settings the calendar will automatically send you an email + text reminder a week before your appointment and then again 72 hours in advance of your appointment.

When you schedule your appointment a confirmation email is generated by our system and sent to the email and number on file.  Please check your spam box if you do not receive this confirmation.

Add us to your list of contacts in order to receive all email appointment notifications.


Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice you will be charged and asked to reschedule. We book appointments one at a time and with pinpoint accuracy.  It is not fair for me, you, or the client after you for the schedule to be thrown off.


We take pride in all of the services we provide. If the service that was agreed upon in the consultation was not technically executed to your standards (including but not limited to frizzy, loose, uneven, etc.)  please inform us at the time of your appointment. If you are uncomfortable doing so face to face, please send an email or text within 24 hours. 

An appointment will be set within 7 days for a restyle.  Notifications after 24 hours are not eligible for complementary restyles. 

No refunds will be given on any services.

Although we stand behind our guarantee 100%, it does not apply if after service has been rendered to your specifications you feel as though another style category would have suited you better.  

Please understand we cannot offer a complementary or discounted service in these circumstances.  Each style is crafted in an integrated manner from beginning to end. To experience a different service you are invited to schedule that service in its entirety.
